Zanib Nafees, a PhD student with the CommiSur Lab, has been awarded the prestigious Graduate Research Enhancement and Travel Award (GREAT Award). Ayla Grek, a PhD student with the CommiSur Lab, has been awarded the Best Oral Presentation Prize at the 2024 Congrès provincial de la recherche mère-enfant (CPRME) in Quebec City. The CPRME Congress, focused on the Research Network on the Developmental and Intergenerational Origins of Children’s Health, recognized Ayla’s exceptional research and presentation, highlighting the lab’s commitment to advancing child health research.
